Graphical representation of genomes and oligonucleotide frequencies. Represents DNA primary sequence organization: each base is mapped to a corner of a square and every position of the sequence is plotted in turn.

Chaos Game Representation (CGR)
As described by Jeffrey (1990). Represents DNA primary sequence organization.
Starting from the centre of the square, every base of the sequence moves the current point halfway towards its corner, and that new position is plotted. Unlike FCGR, each successive position is drawn rather than an oligonucleotide frequency.
